Methodology for the bus punctuality indicator with excess waiting time examples
The previous guidance on monitoring bus punctuality has been updated to take account of comments received and ad hoc advice supplied since the paper was first circulated in June 2006. In particular, there is more advice on how to process the data collected and how to treat difficult cases, e.g. when a bus is not observed for a scheduled departure towards the end of an observation period. Also attached is an example of excess waiting time calculations.
